Mass and volume are different
Milligrams and micrograms describe mass. Milliliters describe volume. A concentration connects the two.
Understand the scale
On a U-100 scale, 100 marked units correspond to one milliliter. These markings are not interchangeable with the biological activity units of a substance.
Check your assumptions
Always confirm the device scale, the stated concentration, and the units in your source. A calculator can only be as reliable as its inputs.
